Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All pre-made orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

For custom orders please allow 1-3 weeks for artwork creation plus standard shipping time. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipping 

We do ship internationally. Please allow extra time for items to ship outside of the United States.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during the holiday season. Please allow ample time for your item to be shipped. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Chromayadi.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, we will work with you to file a claim and recreate your artwork to the best of our abilities. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and email us as soon as possible at hunyadisarah@gmail.com.
